Health Insurance Requirement
Daemen University requires all students that meet at least one 每年提交有效健康保险证明(保险卡照片)，以允许在纽约布法罗地区获得和利用医疗保健 OR 通过联合医疗保险注册戴门的学生健康保险计划. Students must be enrolled for the full academic year.

- Important notes:

- Select a plan and submit payment (due at the time of enrollment).

- When you receive your Coverage Confirmation, send a copy to health@metropolitan-police.com ASAP so the CHIP Center can verify your plan details.
